Permanent account and data deletion
Delete inside the app
Sign in to Monkey Trader, open Settings, select Delete Account, review the warning, and choose Delete now. If you used Sign in with Apple, Apple may ask you to confirm your identity first. The request is processed immediately.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your Monkey Trader account, profile and preferences, chart images, analysis history, credits, reports, active sessions, notification token, and associated RevenueCat customer record. App stores and payment providers may independently retain transaction records for fraud-prevention, financial, or legal obligations.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in Apple Subscriptions to prevent future renewal charges.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@monkeytrader.ai from the address associated with your account and ask for account deletion. We may request limited information to verify ownership before completing the request.
