Email support@monkeytrader.ai with your account email and a short description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive financial information.
Account deletion
In the iOS app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, chart images, analysis history, active sessions, and associated RevenueCat customer record. If you cannot access the app, see our account deletion page or email us from the address on your account. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple subscription settings.
