Who operates Monkey Trader

Information we collect
We collect account identifiers and contact information you provide; sign-in provider identifiers; app preferences; notification tokens and choices; subscription status and purchase identifiers; chart images you choose to upload; and the AI analysis generated from those images. Our hosting and app providers may also process basic device, request, crash, and diagnostic information needed to secure and operate the service. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal data.
How we collect and use information
We receive information directly from you, from Apple or Google when you choose social sign-in, from Apple and RevenueCat when you make or restore a purchase, and automatically from our infrastructure when you use the service. We use it to authenticate you, provide chart analysis, maintain your history, verify paid access, deliver requested notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve security and reliability.
AI processing and your permission
Before the first analysis, the app asks for permission to send the chart image you select to third-party AI providers. OpenRouter routes the image to the model providers displayed in the app, which may include OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Qwen, and other providers we add to deliver the feature. These providers process the image and prompt to return an analysis. Do not upload personal, account, or sensitive information. You can revoke this permission in Settings; the app will ask again before another image is shared.
Other service providers and disclosures
We use Cloudflare for hosting, database, logs, and private image storage; RevenueCat and Apple for purchase and subscription management; Apple and Google for optional sign-in; Expo for app updates and push notification delivery; and Plunk for transactional account emails. We disclose only the information needed for each provider to perform its service and require providers to protect it under their applicable terms and data-protection commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
Retention and deletion
Account data and saved analyses remain available until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete individual analyses or permanently delete your account inside Settings. Account deletion removes your profile, chart images, analysis history, active sessions, and the associated RevenueCat customer record. If you used Sign in with Apple, the app also attempts to revoke its authorization. Apple, app stores, and other providers may retain transaction or security records when they independently need them for financial, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. Your choices and rights
You can disable notifications in the app or device settings, revoke AI data-sharing permission in Settings, and remove saved analyses at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data, or object to certain processing. Security and international processing
We use access controls, encryption in transit, private object storage, and authenticated APIs. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Monkey Trader is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and its effective date here and provide additional notice when required.
